Development assessments

A development assessment is also called development centre or potential assessment; these terms are interchangeable. In a development assessment, the objective is broader than in a selection assessment. Often you already work in the organisation, a development assessment then takes place in the light of a particular position within the organisation, or in the light of a few positions.

A development assessment will never limit itself to the conclusion that you are suitable or unsuitable for a job. What matters is how you can further develop yourself within an organisation.
