Sylvia Borghols is a CMI-certified Registered Career Advisor and NOLOC Recognised Professional with extensive experience in career and outplacement trajectories and the complex labour market issues of higher educated people. Awareness, taking initiative, making choices and taking responsibility for those choices are at the heart of her pathways, which are concrete and action-oriented.

As a career advisor, founder and manager of a career centre, Bud has years of experience in guiding and training people and groups facing important career choices. As a recruitment consultant, he has thoroughly familiarised himself with (the culture and recruitment of) numerous profit and non-profit organisations. He is also an experienced outplacement coach. Bud combines his knowledge and experience with a warm professional approach to his candidates.

Vivian Braat

Caroline Hulshoff

The power of framing and structuring offers insight into both personal and professional development. Insight creates movement. The frameworks are realized by Caroline's decisive, investigative and solution-oriented approach. She is passionate and fascinated by the profession, she also uses her knowledge as a psychologist, international background and work experience. Framing based on various perspectives offers insights into the necessary steps to subsequently make well-considered decisions and realize conscious choices. The feasibility is also tested based on the labor market needs and adjusted where necessary.

Arjan Geense

Arjan Geense has worked for many years at the interface of career development/labour mobility, HR advice for inflow, transfer and outflow, and training & development in varying roles (including psychologist labour & organisation, (career) coach, reintegration coach, interim HR manager).
Follows labour market developments closely. The focus of career guidance in recent years has been on HBO and WO positions.
Through his work, he is familiar with a variety of sectors. He guides candidates at different stages of their careers.

His approach is characterised by always taking the individual as a starting point and shaping the development process in an involved, benevolent and determined way, tailored to his needs. Assignments, in which candidates work at home themselves, are explored in depth during the interviews. Det van Rooij

Det has extensive experience as a project manager, coach and HR consultant. Since 2000, she has worked as a career coach, especially for higher educated people. As a NOLOC Accredited Career Professional and Solution-Focused Coach, development is central to her. She likes to stimulate and motivate others to get to the core. From there, it is easier to find a job that fits. It is all about customisation, but results are important! Det is reliable, committed, a good listener and holds up a mirror, with humour.

Esther van Vlijmen

“Your unique story is leading for the coaching process”. New life and work perspectives are central. Esther supports candidates in taking the hurdles to arrive at realistic choices. Seeing and accepting personal and professional possibilities and impossibilities, concretizing innate talents and becoming aware of a blind spot creates space for further movement on a career path. Finding suitable work, a different profession, a new position.

Esther has completed several courses in coaching, psychology and constellations. Now Esther has been working as a career coach of higher educated people for 20 years.

Astrid Boogaart

Astrid has been working as a career coach for higher educated people (HBO+) since 2007 and knows the specific characteristics of the labour market issues belonging to this group. Astrid has a solid background based on psychological understanding and insight, theoretical knowledge and practical applicability. Roles as manager, trainer, advisor and executive coach in WO/HBO education and business give her a good insight into both the culture and the requirements of the education/corporate sector and have provided her with a lot of experience in result-oriented coaching.

Astrid's approach is goal-oriented, personal and tailor-made. Supportive, questioning, advising and mirroring. She has 13 years of experience as a career and reintegration coach in guiding outplacement for middle and higher educated people and as a trainer in the field of competence development in work situations and in preparation for psychological assessments.

Grace Flohr

Through her versatile work experience in government, education and business in various roles and branches, her voluntary work in social services, her coaching qualities, Grace can be deployed as an all-round career and outplacement coach. Grace coaches mainly on what people can do and is focused as a coach on bringing out the best in people. She is accessible and friendly, but can also put her finger on the sore spot. Her approach can be characterised as committed, professional and goal-oriented. Her strong points are her pragmatic approach, flexibility of deployment and customisation during the process. Making use of opportunities, reflecting on one's own abilities and finding new possibilities are important starting points.
